There’s no other pain that would be so hurtful to you than a toothache. First of all, it doesn’t allow you to sleep at night. 4. Drink some lime juice. Vitamin C is one powerful nutrient. It doesn’t only keep yourself healthy by boosting your immune system, but it can also help you restore yourself back tot health. It also has the capacity to kill the bacteria, which may causing your tooth decay. There are several sources of vitamin C, but one of the most efficient is lime. You can squeeze the juice out of it and combine it with water. Drinking it daily or increasing the dose will eventually lessen the painful feeling on your teeth.
5. Massage your mouth. One of the under-massaged parts of the body is the face. It seems like nobody really cares about it unless you start suffering from tooth decay. When the toothache begins to set in, massage your mouth—but not the part where the ache is. If it’s going to be on the right side, you have to rub your fingers from the earlobe to the side of the mouth. The same thing needs to be done if the pain is on the left side.
